Pros
You get a paycheck on time. They try to have little parties and events but most people there have issues with other people there and will not address it.
Cons
The owner is all over the place on what she wants done and how she wants it done. The turn over rate is high.

Pros
Work load isn’t to heavy for new staff. Potential travel.
Cons
The owner will try to have you do tasks beyond your pay and job description. Heavy micromanagement. The owner has a hard time understanding simple items being conveyed. Quick to fire any and all staff no matter how critical their role is. Extremely high turnover.
