      “Good ole boys club” culture with rampant favoritism No organization or clear processes Training is inconsistent and preferential HR is ineffective and does not advocate for employees Management creates a toxic, demoralizing environment Employees are treated poorly, often intentionally No support or guidance from management or supervisors Supervisors display controlling behavior and “god complex” attitudes

      Easy work, get to travel around the state, meet many nice farm owners

      Cons

      HR is a joke, will be harrassed by coworkers. Don't complain about workplace harassment or your job is threatened. You find racist signs in their break room letting you know they don't take kindly to certain minority groups.
