      Pros

      If you like to travel, this is the place for you. They'll send you all over the world to fix their products that usually don't work when they are brand new. As far as every other single aspect of this awful place, there is nothing redeemable about this company or how it is run.

      Cons

      This is nothing more then a sweatshop. It is the worst company to work for. The management and owner are abusive to the employees. The working conditions are unsafe and hazardous. They expect you to work 7 days a week and do not allow you to take your PTO as they should. The product they make is also unsafe, and does not work most of the time. There is no morality or ethics to this company or the owner.

Waterblasting is the worldwide market leader with more water blasting units around the globe than our five closest competitors combined. Our systems operate in over 53 countries. We provide our customers with a great product warranty. Occasionally we need to ask a team member to travel. We are sorry for the disconnect between our expectations and yours.

      Everything! The CEO will abuse you verbally and work you to death so he can make an extra buck... All while he throws money down the drain.

      James Crocker is a scumbag. He is a two faced liar and will screw you over any chance he gets.. The owners ego gets in the way of sound decision making. His lack of technical expertise is hilarious. If you want to be bullied, belittled and treated poorly then this is the place for you. Working for a hypocrite is never fun, especially one that has illegal aliens on staff.. If Your Going To Preach About Being A Good Leader, don't just read books and quote them. Learn how to institute the principles.
