Pros
Hogan isn’t a bad place to start off your career and a majority of the people I worked with were nice. The CEO and VP are very nice and helpful.
Cons
There needs to be a better compensation plan for car/gas compensation as you will drive a lot. The company also has a high turnover rate as multiple employees have left or have been terminated. Be prepared to do other people’s job or have to step up to do more because your project isn’t properly staffed, employees leave, or some employees aren’t doing their job correctly.
