Pros
Hogan does a fantastic job taking care of its people, from office workers to shop machinists. They offer good pay and a very good benefit package. Company culture is relaxed and has a "family" feel, with even the CEO being approachable and easy to talk to. Hogan is in a small town, so there's no city traffic to worry about!
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but Hogan is in a small town, so a lot of people choose to live 20-30 min away in one of the larger communities.
