      If you are connected to the clicks you get to benefit from the nepotism that occurs rapidly throughout the establishment.

      Cons

      Top Executives do not support or protect the employees. There is no structure or organization. No one follows protocol or the handbook it's a person by person basis on handling with situations.

      Unstable environment, lots of unsavory executives. And criminal investigations of corporate office. Throughout my time there I was told never to tell the truth and never trust anyone. Sad

      You get scheduled to work a lot.

      Management is horrible the general manger doesn’t have a mind of her own. The managers and supervisors will gang up on you! If one doesn’t like you then they all don’t they follow behind each other! Hr is no better they don’t care about anything involving the employees only the money that’s being brought in I was literally harassed my whole time employed here and mentioned things to managers and the general manger when I tried to show evidence she didn’t care her exact words were “I don’t want to see it” what kind of professionalism is that? You will literally be blamed for everything if someone in management doesn’t care for you or if they even think that you speaking to a guy they are sleeping with!
