Pros
Pretty nice salary (~30$/h), two weeks in pretty OK hotel for your testing period, nice kitchen with skilled cooks.
Cons
Horrible code quality, TONS of legacy code and tools, totally disrespect from entire management to you, crazy overtime, communications are undesirable, no career opportunities, local VM without root access and absolutely uninteresting tasks. You can be fired in your second working day with reasons which are out of laws of software development and out of laws of physics at all, by a manager who don't even know what is javascript. They actually don't search for the developers but "stars". They use a waterfall-driven HR policy: they hire developers from entire the world with a pretty basic test tasks and interviews. When you're arrive you should sit down near computer and start coding like you always worked with their tons of legacy code and tools (then even have their own CVS). If manager didnt like you in any possible way you'll gonna being fired no matter how long your test period should be. Hola and Hola's CTO have a bad reputation at all and its pretty looks like their HRs searching and monitoring for bad reviews.
