Not sure what the company's or the CEO's goals were anymore! I had to leave because It's getting more insane everyday! We're all extremely stressed and exhausted from all the unbearable workload and demands! I knew it was time to leave!

I had to leave the company because of how toxic the environment and culture here were. Employees are constantly being overworked, abused, and taken advantage of. I was treated as nothing more than a tool that's easily replaced. Management constantly made unreasonable demands, which resulted in heavy workloads and long hours. They didn't bother providing employees with support, and every time we fell short for their expectations, we would be yelled at for being useless and incompetent, and the blame would be pinned solely on us. Even if we managed to go above and beyond their expectations, they would still find a reason to discredit us and make us feel worthless. Unless you want to lose your mind and tear your hair out, I recommend staying away from Hold Brothers.
