It is a very hostile working environment. They do not offer any training, no onboarding, and expect you to be a mind reader! When you don't meet their expectations they proceed to use profanity to get their point across. Husband and Wife team that have no business ownership experience, and wonder why they can't keep any good people! Oh and if you can't speak Russian and Mandarin you are out of luck! Don't waste your time..much better places to work for!
