There is absolutely no good reason to work for this company. Too many scams

Cons

They don't pay the right amount of commission. They have uneducated Supervisors, team leads, trainers even the Human Resources department

if you are good at sales then this s the job for you, they basically will hire you even f you dont have sales experience no backgrund checks

horrible leads, music is so loud you cant hear the customer

The hours are flexible i had to call in sick during training the supervisor allowed me to go to another training course.

Cons

Horrible.mangement does not know what they are doing it get worst everyday from people drinking on the job to sexual harassment
