      Pros

      The team was friendly and hard working. The managers rewarded you for the work you did, and you were always looked after and listened to.

      Cons

      The pay could be ever so slightly higher but that is just the UK as a whole really.

      IHG network of hotels Staff Benefits. Internal management team caring, compassionate & effective

      Cons

      Part of an investment folio so employees treated unfairly in the outer management. No opportunity for raises, conditions occasionally not safe. At times budgets that don’t reflect business. Cheap where they should be putting more money ie Staffing/ staff Training
