Fun coworkers that make the time somewhat enjoyable

Cons

Get paid a little bit over minimum wage, but expected to work like you're paid twice as much Your work will be completely undervalued You will never receive recognition for your hard work by management, just get told off when you do something wrong, becomes super discouraging You work long, slow hours and it can be overstaffed so everyone gets bored after a while

Employees are undervalued. Unfair payment scales. Rude management. Little to no benefits.

Pros

Friendly people, decent customers, variety of work, listens to employees, flexible scheduling and if emergency comes up, in good part of town, right near downtown area, family friendly, variety of products.

Cons

One of the managers absolutely does not do half the job the others in his same position does, and he treats customers and employees rudely, sometimes rude customers, other than that not much is bad here.
