      Poor Company to Work For - Horrible Management

      chance to travel domestic and abroad

      Negative working environment. No chance to grow in the company. Management does not know how to manage and at times you may be even be demoted (Operations Manager, Product Manager and Director of Hotel sales have all been demoted. Company has lost many key employees to ensure future success(Sales Manger, CEO/GM, Media specialist have all gone). Operations manager is not a good person and does not know how to lead. He micromanages all aspects of the company ins and outs. You will have little to say to help your position and he is the 'yes' man to the poorly organized owner of the company. Best of luck if you decide to work for this outfit.

      Initially very promising place to work but ultimately very disappointing due to shady practices.

      Pros

      Well planned tours and training was adequate. People were friendly for the most part. An opportunity to travel a bit.

      Cons

      The accounting department could never explain how paychecks were being calculated. Overtime was never paid out as company described. The pay was very low end for the travel industry. There is high turnover in tour directors which is not surprising. Do not bother working here as a tour director. Management staff is too old and technology used is 20 years outdated. Way behind the times.

      Pros

      There can be lots of perks. You may get a chance to go to a Packer football game, or a Brewers baseball game, maybe even travel, to name some of the best perks.

      Cons

      There is a lot of back biting and a low level of trust extended from upper management to the workers under them. A lot of misguided leadership. A give every second of your time to work view.
