This is hands down one of the most toxic workplaces I’ve ever seen. Leadership is not just ineffective — they actively allow a poisonous culture to take root and spread. Instead of fixing problems, they look the other way and let dysfunction become the norm. Colleagues often undermine each other rather than collaborate. Don’t be surprised if people try to take credit for your work or throw you under the bus to protect themselves. Teamwork and trust are almost non-existent. The environment is filled with politics, blame-shifting, and constant negativity. Morale is low, growth is stunted, and any motivation you bring in will be slowly chipped away. If you value your career, your health, and your sanity, stay away. There are far better tech companies where you’ll be respected and supported — this is not one of them.
