      Pros

      At a showroom level - very friendly and helpful towards each other. Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision/401K Vacation days - more than 2 weeks PTO plus holiday closure christmas-new year's.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Small pay raises. No respect from upper management. Favoritism. No room for growth at showroom level. No support from corporate to help employees grow and learn more. Overworked because showrooms are short staffed. Sales goals are very high.

      Pros

      Lots of exposure to different parts of the company, opportunity to learn a lot. Incredible employees and coworkers, lots of talent and innovation

      Cons

      Low pay, far below average with minor to no raises or bonuses. Poor benefits, expensive and restricting. Toxic, overworked, under appreciated, stressed out environment. Basically no HR, rampant nepotism, favoritism and sexism Consistently bringing in upper level/executive management but not backfilling and not promoting from within. Not developing existing talent. Main focus is on investors and numbers

      Pros

      PTO, able to travel to other cities, people are positive and friendly, Holiday hours are more than average

      Cons

      Pay is way below average, work hard for little recognition, morale is sinking because of pay and recognition, a culture of micromanaging. Physical office space is not inspiring.
