      Pros

      It is better than not having a job. The people for the most part are nice. Benefits are decent. You won't get bored, plenty of variety.

      Cons

      This place is owned and run by very mean and rude individuals. There are no reviews, raises, promotions or nothing like that. The last reviewer is a liar and brown nose. The owner as well those in upper management will yell, scream, shout, in an effort to humiliate you. They will make fun of you for no reason. They are condescending and will strip you off your dignity. They coerced employees to write the good reviews for them. Some will do it because they are doing jobs that they do not qualify for. This is a bad place all around. Don't do it.

      This review doesn't describe the Holman I know or the caring people at Holman who I work with every day! If you know of any stories like this story being reported, you should have escalated to my attention immediately, if you had already escalated to your supervisor, senior management and felt that you were not being heard. Our tolerance at Holman for this type of environment that lacks empathy is zero. I don't recognize this view of Holman and I very much hope that you don't either.       Pros

      Regular work week = regular paycheck, very friendly coworkers

      Cons

      I have been working here for quite some time now and there have been some weird things going on: the management sometimes meets with people in a room and they chant, people come to our office to get “holy water”, etc. And now I have heard from several employees that management is asking them to write reviews on this website to make it seem like it is a great place to work??? Wow...coerced reviews are never ok. As far as my experience…its been pretty bad overall. I’m looking for a new job. The downright demeaning way management speaks to their employees is enough to make anyone want to jump ship.

      Read the negative reviews not the fake positive ones

      Pros

      I got a pay check every week and I was able to take off as much time as I wanted even if I didn't have the vacation time earned cause they're constantly understaffed and can't afford to fire anyone. If you become part of the favorite group, you will regularly win movie tickets or tchotchkes (crap) with the company logo on it. Learned a lot about the industry cause you have to do everything and best of all I was able to quit once I was ready!

      Cons

      LOW pay, HIGH stress and tense / negative working environment. Ownership and management act like they are doing you a favor or think that they're some kind of parental figure. Read the company responses, it clearly explains they're views on what they think the employer / employee relationship is like. the company is so small and dysfunctional theres a low / no chance of advancement. Getting demeaned /talked down to / micromanaged is a regular occurrence.
