      Pros

      Great team, intelligent people, everyone is super reliable and is very invested in getting the job done well. The company values design and is always directly communicating with industry advisors and users, so everything is very hands on. People like to spend time with each other and while you work very hard, you also have lots of fun together!

      Cons

      As is typical of a startup there are really intense work hours so maintaining a work-life balance can be hard.

      Pros

      -company culture. This is an office environment where you will enjoy coming to work everyday. HoloBuilder does a great job of hiring for fit. -product. This is a unique early-stage opportunity, in that the product is in demand and truly improving the AEC industry both now and into the future -opportunity for impact. You will have autonomy, and greatly impact the future of the company at this stage

      Cons

      -growing pains. Internal processes are being built, but it takes time to optimize those -depending on your role, there could be a deep learning curve into the construction industry -There's a ton to figure out still. If you want to clock in and clock out without being challenged on a regular basis, it's not a good fit (nor is virtually any early-stage startup)

      This company gives everyone the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Here are a few pros: -Minimal micromanagement and everyone is encouraged to take ownership -Employees are smart, experienced and passionate about the industry and product -The culture is diverse, collaborative and open-minded -Creative problem solving, open communication and a flat hierarchy are all valued here -Great opportunity to build a career and take on new challenges and skills

      Cons

      This company is still in "startup mode" with some typical challenges and growing pains. Here are some cons: -Minimal structure and processes in place -Lack of policies or procedures for certain internal processes -Not privy to all the cushy perks and benefits of other startups so don't expect overflowing snacks and team outings -With the flat hierarchy there is a fair share of bottlenecks and limitations due to lack of funds or bandwidth to execute
