      Pros

      They do an excellent job at exiling employees to be used as scapegoats. Also they are GREAT at lying to and deceiving investors.

      Cons

      Management is clueless to the lies and deception happening daily within the company. Executive team will do anything at all costs to personally benefit at the expense of loyal teammates. The executive team constantly brings family issues into the workplace and is a daily battle to avoid. Many times I was directed from upper management to directly lie to our CEO for the purpose of delaying timelines and projects. Many times I was directed to hype-up and deceive investors from executive team. This company has pivoted, changed their entire business model, lay off the entire current team and start from scratch 4 times now. Stay FAR AWAY from this company and the family that owns it.

      Pros

      An outstanding vision of the future economy.

      Cons

      Deceit, backstabbing, blatant lies, manipulation, selfishness and a policy of degradation are the prerequisites for being successful at this organization. I was often directed by senior management to not pay attention to other executives input, or to obscure facts in an attempt to cover up ineptitude. Private and sensitive employee information is wielded openly as a tool to discredit and wage personal battles. Sabotage is a common occurrence. Personal agendas and a flagrant disregard for process become the normal medium when making important decisions. Personal value and contribution is measured against opinion rather than results.

      Pros

      they pitch a good vision but operate against it. The platform barely works.

      Cons

      There is an overall lack of morals from the top down it trickles down. Often times the experience at Holonis can be at best described as passive aggressive to borderline abusive. They let go of most of development core team recently after some recent hires.
