Astonishingly poor treatment of it's employees at all levels

Pros

First impressions are of a company that are the leading light in their field. The founder. Such a shame he is no longer the leader of the business.

Cons

Scratch the surface and this is far from the truth. Poor service delivery. Questionable ethics and morals. Undeliverable proposals sold. Stretched resource (to breaking point) at all levels. Hire and fire business.

Not all employees are like the awful management.

Cons

Holroyd Howe took over our contract a few years ago and are an absolute car crash of a company. The quality of the food has gone down and down. This is due to the fact that most management have no appreciation of good quality produce and are power hungry unappreciative bullies. Avoid.

no support , working 7.5 hrs with no break.sous chef has no hygiene( blowing nose ,going to toilet, starting shift & not washing hands)sous chef making mistakes & blaming others. no support from head chef . bulling& back stabbing . never had wage slips or p45. very low wage for work done . using pork sausages for none pork eaters .
