The employees other than gm are amazing people and do everything they can for you. The work is fun and you meet a lot of great people and learn a lot of great things about the beer industry. You also get free beer from time to time but 95 percent of the time it's out of date beer that you have to throw away after one drink but from time to time you get in date beer maybe once a year you have to drink heavily just to put up with the bull crap you go through from a day to day basis
Cons
Horrible if you feel like being talked down to or fussed at for the shoes you wear or if your shirts tucked in even if your a driver bending down and sweating and getting dirty all day the gm doesn't care If you do your job good and to the best of your abilities as long as your shirts tucked in and your shoes aren't anything but solid black then he doesn't care what kind of job you do. Gm does not know how to run the company and does not talk to you about things you did wrong he will make other people tell you what you did wrong. He will not give anyone a raise unless a bunch of people quit at one Time. Treats employees like they don't deserve what little pay they already get which is no where near competitive to other company's in the vending business
The only good thing about working at Holston is the supplier relationships I gained. All the craft suppliers and even the AB employees are good folks who love their jobs.
Cons
Not enough pay for the work, not enough employees to compete with competition. Management always have a fire drill when suppliers come to town, as they try to deceive them in believing they uphold contracts and actually sell the brands like they are supposed to.
