      Very few of the people working here know their job

      Cons

      This company practices cronyism. If you’re not in the IN group, forget climbing up. You may even be traumatised after working in this company. The CEO is the wife of someone who acts like The Grinch. When employees were laid off during Covid, it was done mercilessly. Once the city shuts down in March 2020, many employees were laid off within ONE week. Within 2 years, there is a wave of resignation of employees who have worked there many many years.
