Autonomy given and the vibe within the team was amazing!

Cons

Nothing to note, recruitment just wasn't for me but having tried another agency prior to working at Holt I had a very bad view of what agencies were like and actually, Holt is like no other. I wouldn't ever consider recommending any other agency!
