Pros
-room for lateral movement/small pay increases -good people in the room on an associate level/middle management -decent CBD office, hybrid model works well
Cons
-small pay increases (annual basis) -obsessed with KPIs, not people -overworks you with little care -20 hours of meetings a week and still expect 40+ hours of work! -completely oblivious to on-the-ground staff needs/feelings -will purposefully give poor performance reviews in order to withhold remuneration increase
