      Pros

      There is not one good thing about this company.

      Cons

      No raises in 8 years and none scheduled in the future. Call center has psychos answering the phones. Turnover of staff so fast no one knows who is working there. Poor patient care. Not sure how this company stays open. Upper management lies.

      Pros

      There is none, no reason at all to work for this company.

      Cons

      There are plenty, they have absolute no respect for their employees, they don't even pay you on time most of the tume, you have to beg to get paid for the hours you worked and the day you are supposed to get paid.

      Pros

      Even though we work at the home and not in a building with management, they are always available by phone 24/7. I feel confident that if I have any questions or problems that they will be appropriately taken care of.

      Cons

      The only real downside to working for Home Care Network is the amount of paperwork that is required. I feel that it takes a lot of time away with the clients.
