      No leadership just ownership

      No forward thinking from managers because the owners are micromanagers Owners places profit over employee safety Too many chiefs and not all are on the same page No future planning just reactionary decision making Does not want to invest in technology, why change if it isn't broken No room for growth or advancement No investment in employees for personal or professional development

      NOT As Good As They Once Were

      They offer profit sharing, bonuses, and company trip when the goals are met

      Cons

      The sons have taken over, and not all of them are capable of the title they carry. Specifically the one over sales. Because of the arrogance, and entitlement the employees are talked down to and not treated with respect. On top of the way the employees are treated he lacks experience and knowledge to perform his job successfully. This is a common conversation among the employees. There is basically no communication between departments, nobody is teated equally, and the micromanaging is unreal. As a result of the things mentioned above there is a lot of turnover.
