      Pros

      Good salary, paid holidays, good benefit plan. Met a lot of interesting people. A lot of experience with print catalogs. Learned a lot about merchandise from out of the country.

      Cons

      Deadlines are always expected but the upper level execs pushed them to the limit. If you're salaried here beware. Sometimes 60-70 hours for few weeks before catalog deadline. Bosses out of touch with middle managers.
