Only if you want to learn how NOT to do run a value based company.
Cons
Please just be careful in your decision of using this company. If you decide to use them, double check and triple check everything that they give you. Their values are poor and the way they treat their employees is something I would take very seriously, especially when handling something so precious as your home.
