Pros

Few places that you are able to get hands on learning in AI than you can here. We have access to almost every tool with limited restrictions to allow for testing and learning. While change is frequent, I have seen the benefit. I receive new challenges and opportunities when change comes up. The team is lean so there is plenty of ownership opportunity.

Cons

The digital industry is a tough one - changes happen and we have to pivot which can create challenges.

Pros

- Surrounded by smart, passionate people I learn from every day - Lots of autonomy and dedicated time to build AI products - Thoughtful and deeply researched business investments - Lots of colleagues also have young kids and are able to prioritize family in conjunction with work life. HS also hosts fun family events like Halloween with kids and +1 happy hours.

Pros

Some of the people are amazing. You will learn a lot and quickly. Good place to start and find out quickly what a consulting environment resembles Great comp for those in leadership roles

Cons

Leadership priorities shifted frequently, sometimes within the same day, which made execution challenging There is an expectation of availability outside of normal work hours, including evenings and weekends (normal week would have expected responses 7 days a week and all hours) Projects often lacked clear direction while still holding teams fully accountable for outcomes Some top-revenue business practices raised ethical and moral concerns
