Damagingly political, old fashioned, hierarchical

Pros

Struggling a bit here...the aim of the org is obviously good. Good place for lead-swingers, bureaucrats and the subordinate

Cons

Like working in one of those historical re-enactment places. Change resistant doesn't even hint at it. If you're comfortable working in an upstairs downstairs environment, insane levels of bureaucracy and admin with no prospects for advancement, apply within. PS as a newcomer you will be 'downstairs'.

Pros

No pros, just plenty of cons. If you want a stressful environment that sucks all your energy and happiness, this is the company to work for. My advice, look for another company and cut your losses.

Cons

Horrible company to work for. Low wages, no incentives, demoralizing and no integrity. They state they are employee friendly, and have won awards for best company to work for? Absolutely not true. Worst company I ever worked for.

Pros

One pro about working at Homestart is that it is an easy job, you don't really do much and have a lot of flexibility and time. On the other hand this is what makes it a terrible place to work at .

Cons

Terrible management, it didn't even make sense why the team leads were hired a team leads. Very incompetent managers and never did their jobs, a lot of my coworkers and I didn't feel supported and there was little to no training. New hires would beg to be given tasks, it was awful.
