No vision, No structure, No direction

Pros

There are no pros for working here. The only decent thing about this place were some of the employees, the ones who actually had a good work ethic. These positive reviews were written by employees who are new to the company and really don't know which way is up.

Cons

This company and upper management, if you can call it that, have zero vision, structure or direction. If you took a handful of darts and threw them at a dart board to see which one stuck - that would be this company. One minute you have a "direction" then the next second it's changed. Deadlines are NEVER met because of this constant re-direction - leaving you rushing to complete projects. You can't win, you are fighting a losing battle. There is absolutely no growth and nothing to learn from this company - unless you want to test your confidence, strength and courage.

Terrible place to work.

Pros

Some nice co-workers, but the good ones leave because the work place is so hostile. There is not much positive to say.

Cons

HTD is run by an owner and family management who behave in an entirely unprofessional manner. Favoritism is shown to certain employees. Management trash talks about their employees to other employees. It is a very stressful drama filled work environment . I saw high turnover and abusive management tactics.

The only positive is you will learn to appreciate any other work place due to overwhelming toxicity

Cons

Employees are treated, paid, and valued very poorly. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about working here. The best decision you can make is to stay away. It's baffling they are still in business.
