Pros

-Flexibility in scheduling for visiting staff -Less frequent weekend commitment than at most places -Competitive pay and time off

Cons

-Upper management does not care about the employees who are out in the field -We’ve had benefits reduced since merger with Wellforce -Limited room for advancement unless you have an advanced degree -Unreasonable expectations during busy times as far as productivity and then at other times you will not have enough patients to see and will be treated as if it’s your fault -Since the merger it seems it’s all about the money, not the patients
