7yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback! You also described some of the great perks on taking referral opportunities with us. We make sure your client pays you every Friday, and should you need a shift covered, we will do our best to provide another Caregiver with the referral.
Since yes, you are working for the family, they make the decisions on what your schedule will be...even when they are on vacation. Don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to refer you a short term client in the mean time.
You're right, we want to make sure we share as much information with Caregivers on our platform as possible. Open communication is highly encouraged, and we are working on doing a better job sharing as much information as we can with both Caregivers and clients. We value your work, thank you for caring!
