Pros

Paid weekly, Great, fair compensation. Company will help find someone to cover for you should you need it.

Cons

No statements, no understanding of why my projected salary if different than what I receive if there are no deductions. If the family takes a vacation, so do you (without pay). The family has all the power therefore there is no real stability.

We make sure your client pays you every Friday, and should you need a shift covered, we will do our best to provide another Caregiver with the referral. Since yes, you are working for the family, they make the decisions on what your schedule will be...even when they are on vacation. Don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to refer you a short term client in the mean time. You're right, we want to make sure we share as much information with Caregivers on our platform as possible. Open communication is highly encouraged, and we are working on doing a better job sharing as much information as we can with both Caregivers and clients. We value your work, thank you for caring!

Pros

Very flexible hours,able to make your own schedule, pick your own clients, pay is weekly, customer service is awesome and on time with everything. Your caseworkers are very pleasant and able to help you as much as possible

Cons

Have to pay quarterly taxes and no health benefits
