I have worked for HomeCraft for a little over 6 years and I can say without a doubt that the owners and the VP care about the individuals at this company. They will go above and beyond to find the right fit for everyone. I personally started as a part-time assistant but the owners saw the potential in me. I have dabbled in almost every position the company has to offer throughout the years but I finally found my niche in HR. I love the company and the people.
