To anyone reading this, PLEASE don't ever join this organisation. The CEO is a rich spoilt kid who has just grown into an adult & and comes with massive privileges. He uses his ADHD as a weapon to traumatise and hurt employees & and has ruined multiple careers due to his impulsive hiring & firing Every 3-4 months you'll see layoffs happening. The team leads/ captains will fire you to get their hikes, practically there is no revenue generation in the company; every 2/3 months there will be talks about who to let go of. There is no job stability here. The CEO is involved in dirty politics & likes to go behind people's backs, make someone else the villain & a lot of below-the-belt manoeuvres. He is a hypocrite, liar and manipulative a-hole who just likes to talk He likes going behind people's backs; letting the entire company know who he will be firing next without ever confronting the person head-on. You'll regret wasting your career for such a-holes, there is a lot I can go on for but the bottom line is DON'T WASTE YOUR LIFE JOINING THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL ORGANISATION

The list is endless but from a practical standpoint They will inflate your CTCs by 50% which all consist of bonuses you'll never get because the company despite having half a million dollars in the bank will show itself as having 0 profits. Anyone can go behind your back and your employment might be in danger when you start standing up for yourself. The captains are also insecure about losing their jobs and might throw you under the bus for their promotions and hikes. They talk about mental health and well-being, sweet culture talks about having freedom and responsibility; all the lovely things to lure people into their sinking ship. You'll essentially be micromanaged and forced to make decisions under your NAME which will be given by the CEO. He wants to maintain good & fake relations with everyone while making someone else do the dirty work for him You might be lured in because of remote work life, Well if you want to work all around the clock, this might be the place with a toxic work culture. If we take a happiness index survey, 90% of the employees will rate it as 2/10 Don't fall for their words, JUST RUN! That's the best gift you can give to yourself, it's much better to work in other companies than in this manipulative, toxic and political environment. I wish there were a 0 star to rate this marvellous visionary company of stolen ideas but I have to give 1 star. FYI all the reviews that you read in +ve light are faked and forced by the management to make sure their ratings don't drop. Don't believe any +ve review you read, go to LinkedIn & see how many employees have stayed for more than a year. You can hardly count them on your fingers.

- Can wait about talking about these clowns for real - I will talk about me & my friend , starting with me - They post some salary but till you resign your previous company they play with your ethics & decrease the salary by 2 lakhs, i was supposed to get 7.2 LPA as base these clowns made it 4.8 till i came to my last process - My friend got placed for product management these clonws stated the salary as 16 LPA , only promised 6 in the end?? Bro what tf is this? That guy had no other option as he had to leave the company these guys are clowns
