Pros

Community Housing Partnership has one of the best missions for a non-profit. Great ideas and very well intended.

Cons

The Chief levels of the organization are very inexperienced in leading an organization. The organization leaders are not diverse and they don't see how their privilege play in all the decision making. This organization is understaffed and underfunded. There is no equity in pay. Pay is based on if you are liked. Board is very complacent.
