Pros

Tasks weren't too difficult. Overall an easy job for cashiers, line servers, and servers. Not too many stressful days.

Cons

A lot of drama. Many things that go unnoticed, that may be unfair to others.

Great High School Job

Pros

Hometown Buffet had extremely flexible hours and allowed me to work after school and throughout the weekend. This allowed me to continue my education and make some extra cash that helped me greatly.

Cons

It is a buffet! It gets extremely packed with families and the work load can get intense. You are in charge of a section and have to make sure all the plates are cleaned up and the floor is clean also. It can be stressful and overwhelming.
