      No transparency, terrible culture and no money

      Kansas City is a great City, some of the people were fun to work with

      Cons

      The company has no money, being run by people who have no clue how to scale a business. Lots of arrogance, and not much intelligence. Need to hire real leaders who have experience scaling a business properly. The CEO needs to step aside and bring in someone with experience.

      - If you're entry level or transitioning careers, there's opportunity here - Innovative and supportive coworkers - Lax dress code - 1-3 remote days depending on your department and role - T-Mobile suite tickets available for some events - Feeling involved in the KC small business community

      - Pay below the city average - Hiring lacks real strategy/planning - Poor follow through on promises - Same pitfalls as most tech startups: little to no management training, funding struggles, WeWork vibes, few established policies, favoritism - Inconsistent policy enforcement across departments
