- Aggressively growing marketing team to cover various aspects of marketing - Learned quite a bit while I was there from being on the lead gen team - Strong sense of dedication amongst retail employees
Cons
- Conservative industry (financial services) so not much room for innovation or experimentation in marketing - Lack of buy in from loan officers on different marketing initiatives that would help them grow their businesses
