Store manager turn over rate is high which results in confusion of how the store "should" be ran.

They work with my college schedule and give you the days you request off if done in advance. Business is laid back during morning hours and after 8 pm.

Cons

Store manager and assistant store manager are hardly present. If you work the customer service booth, you essentially have no help.

The amount of work is reasonable, no compensation though, leadership is not so great but acceptable.

Cons

There are no benefits for some of the workers, maybe because they are on contract basis. No room for improvement so no promotions to say.
