I really liked the people that I worked with day-to-day. Flexible job.

Cons

Horrible leaders, wanted all the glam but didn't think how it would affect those lower down. Underpaid those that made day-to-day operations successful.

Gorgeous office, fun clients, coolest designers.

Cons

Very cliquey, not a ton of room for growth, teams were mismanaged. Spent a lot of time working outside of work hours for clients.
