Poor uper management, poor communication sometimes

Not supported by management. Actually got told “I was the support”. Shift patterns isn’t a work life balance. Staff wellbeing isn’t looked after, requested a transfer to be told it won’t happen as they used my mental health against me even though that was the reason for my request? Staff do talk about each other. HR doesn’t take your worries seriously. Keep an eye on your sleep ins because you won’t get paid them properly. AVOID.
