      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at this company. I worked with great people and had an amazing boss. I felt we were all working well together to fulfil our goals.

      Cons

      The office was sparse often times but this was because people preferred to work mostly from home.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart, enacting meaningful change to a multi-billion industry requires a serious get up and go mentality, drive, and acceptance that a start up requires more problem solvers than problem finders.

      Pros

      I’ve been at this company for less than a year - from the very start the team has been very supportive. The product is highly thought of within the industry and is something that everyone in the team highly cares about. They are also flexible with the staff if they wish to be fully remote - it shows the trust it exists amongst employer and employee.

      Cons

      Hybrid working structure - it may be a different experience for people that are used to working with their colleagues in the office every day.
