It’s funny that the managers are now leaving reviews to try to compensate for REAL reviews left by employees. Instead of spending so much energy on Glassdoor writing reviews, why not fix the issues your employees are complaining? No one is upset about the fast paced culture. People are leaving because things are getting worse! People leave almost every week. That’s natural at any job but this is a company of less than 200, so... For context: our HR recruiters quit and a handful of managers quit. They are now pushing people to go back to the office because of CoStar’s CEO is giving $ away to people who are going back to the office... What stage of capitalism is that again? The CEO who holds meetings from his beach house encouraging people to go risk their safety for a check. Hmm. CoStar hired someone to take charge of “diversity and inclusion,” and yet like reviews here mention, we talk about how much Homesnap and CoStar *~loves diversity~* but continues to hire and promote people who aren’t “diverse”.
