      Not too much good to say about this company

      They burn you on owed commissions, they remove all they’re negative on line reviews then if they cannot remove they deny ever working with the reviewer. IMO this is a bunch of Russian nationals stealing equity from seniors and less fortunate people.

      Homestead Road mission is to Serve people better than anybody else when people want to sell a house in as-is condition stress free.

      Cons

      At the moment we buy houses in Minnesota only, we are planning to expand in a next couple year

      Treated clients really well no pressure sales.

      Cons

      You get commissions paid quarterly after the property is flipped. I always had to fight to get paid as well. It was never paid on time and never accurate.
