With fast paced growth comes growing pains however communication is clear, precise, and open for further feedback.

Nothing! There are zero pros to working for this male dominate company.
Cons
Management foes jot care about you or your opinion. They make you think they do when in reality they do not! The CEO is the biggest piece of work and not in a good way. The CFO thinks he runs and controls everything. Overall the two men think they walk on water. The workload from any department is unrealistic, expectations are a joke, and kpi鈥檚 are not attainable at all!
