      Comfortable work area, great onsite areas for employees

      Cons

      Low pay, management seemed unwilling to explain it self when changes were made, training is a major issue for them. Little room for advancement.

      There's always room to move up or/and gain more experience . Coworkers make you feel at home. We always watch out for one another.

      Cons

      Might have a crazy call that may get you sometimes. You always have to remember not to take it personally when Dealing with distressed callers!
