      Pros

      My co-workers are very supportive, and in general amazing people. The staff I over see are also a big reason why I love my job. They are very dedicated, and very focused on our clients. I adore all of the clients I work with, and my direct supervisor is very supportive as well. Really I enjoy pretty much everyone I work with here at Homeward Bound!

      Cons

      The hours can get long, but not unmanageable. If you love this kind of work, it's totally worth the longer days.
