Toxic and unstable company culture. Employees can be laid off or terminated very quickly, which creates a stressful environment where people constantly feel uncertain about job security. Training is almost nonexistent, yet expectations are still high from day one.
The workplace felt extremely micromanaged, and favoritism seemed to play a major role in how employees were treated. There was very little support, transparency, or structure in place to help new employees succeed. Be careful navigating workplace relationships because not everyone who appears supportive is genuine behind the scenes.
The company promotes startup culture heavily, but in reality it often feels disorganized and reactive instead of supportive or collaborative. Leadership should focus more on employee development and retention instead of constant turnover.
I would strongly encourage applicants to ask detailed questions about layoffs, turnover, onboarding, and management style before accepting an offer.
