Good people, challenging business

Pros

Management was really engaged and responsive. Quality people on team.

Cons

It’s a startup that doesn’t enjoy the luxury of a stable foundation. There is a lot of work to do and no guarantee the work works. Management aware of the core instability and flexibly on edge to get to higher ground. Stressful situations because good results are important to bring the business forward while a lot of factors outside of control kill your deals.

There are none unless you are one of the family or friends in leadership.

Cons

If you like chaos, meaningless metrics that change by the week, totally ineffective management, and operating in ethical gray areas, this might be the place for you. Otherwise steer clear. I got tired of hearing "we're building the plane as we fly it" as an excuse for everything. MSA's in particular get to deal with the fallout of what is essentially a bait-and-switch operation.
