It’s do as I say, not as I do. Prepare for micromanagement and expectations not in your job realm

The executive leadership team doesn’t care about company culture or their people. Most folks are making so little money they need 2 jobs, while all of the executive leaders are making over 150K a year (you can look at their salaries publicly). Every other day someone is being walked out of the organization for one reason or another—usually offenses related to the executive leadership teams egos. If you end up taking a job there, keep your head down and do what they say.
